Kansas Jayhawks 2022 NCAA Championship Victory Parade

The Kansas Jayhawks mens basketball team celebrated their NCAA National Title with a victory parade in downtown Lawrence, Kansas on Massachusetts Street on Sunday April 10th, 2022. The parade started around 2:00 PM as they drove southward. An enormous crowd of avid Jayhawk fans lined up and down both sides of Massachusetts Street. The afternoon was in the mid to high 70's, a perfect sunny day for such an event. Christian Braun, Ochai Agbaji, David McCormack, Jalen Wilson, Dajuan Harris, Mitch Lightfoot, Remi Martin, and Bill Self all received thunderous shouts of praises from all the adoring and appreciative Jayhawk fans in attendance. The Kansas Jayhawks beat the North Carolina Tar Heels 72-69 to become the Nation Champions on April 4th, 2022.
