Stray kitty with degloved tail | SPCA Shelter Medical

This unfortunate kitty came into the shelter with a severe and very painful tail injury. After a regimen of pain medication and surgery, she's bouncing around our community cat room ready for adoption at our Welland shelter. Meet "Cecilia".
