Outriders Technomancer Demolisher Build - Focus on Scrapnel mine damage

Technomancer demolisher build focus around scrapnel mines, blighted turret and round skills. This is the first version of the build and will be tweaked once I get the 3 piece legendary set that gives additional damage bonuses to the scrapnel skill.
