6 weeks postpartum Vs.12 weeks

Wow! Wow! Wow!! I had not noticed how much progress I had made until compared this two pictures!! 6 weeks apart and I am so proud of myself👏🏽 If I could achieve this results in just 6 weeks and from just working out at home and good nutrition I can imagine what my body will look like 6 months from now!! Hard work and #dedication pay off 💪🏽 if I can do it being a mom of 3, wife and maintaining a home you can too!! All you need is #dedication and #consistency!

✨Do it on the days you feel lazy, the days you don’t feel motivated get up and put the work in because I’m 6 weeks you’ll be glad you did it!!!

You Don’t Need To Be Extreme Just Consistent❗️I wasn’t going to post this pictures because on the first one I wasn’t very confident about my body i was starting to go into postpartum depression, I didn’t feel my best after having a baby, our bodies change and that change affects us mentally! I decided to post to show other mommy’s/women that it can be Done, it can be achieved! All you need is to set a goal and wake up everyday and show up for yourself even if it’s 30 min a day!! Working out had helped me not only look better physically but feel better mentally as well.
