GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA GANG!!!

I know I haven't mentioned this as of late I always find the last chapter to every one of Paul's epistles rather interesting, because he does something that one would never really expect, and that is mentions and give credit to believers who serve God behind the scenes. These are individuals that don't seek any credit, notoriety, attention, or fame of any kind, but they just choose to serve God.

I think that's why I really found these questions from this morning's devotional so important to share with all of you today, because they deal with this issue, and I pray that when you read these questions you'll be able to answer them honestly to yourself, but also that God will encourage you through them. Please check out these questions below and see just what I mean.

What occasions stand out where you were memorably refreshed by the hospitality or welcome of others?

That's why I'd like to share these two vlogs that I did on what it means to be a true servant of God, and how we need to make sure our motives, or one of genuine service to God, and not to gain attention for ourselves. As I close this post for tonight, I'd like to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I prayed that it challenges you to be a genuine refreshing soul to others.

How can you change the way you serve others to make such occasions more spiritually meaningful?

I pray that with whatever you do for the Lord, that you do it for God, and not for yourself. that you do it to genuinely serve the Lord, to care about others, and to be that refreshment to the soul of others who are in need, and not to draw any type of attention to yourself. Don't go blowing your trumpet, or bringing any form of publicity (like the press) to whatever good deed you were doing for the Lord, because the Lord will not honor it. Do what you do for God, and leave it at that! So, in other words, it’s NO about us, but about HIM!! Lord Jesus, help me to remember, that when it comes to giving and helping others, it’s NOT all about me, but about YOU! In short, when you do good things for others, DON’T LET THE WHOLE WORLD KNOW ABOUT IT!!
