The People's Convoy: Is the end a new beginning?

The National People's Convoy apparently ended yesterday because leadership did not want to take the risks associated with civil disobedience. Mismanagement of the program was evident from Day 1. Structural leadership was never provided. Acting out was tolerated.

If a new organization is to form it must start with firm structural leadership. A community must start with structure and order for freedom to be possible. It does not work in the reverse.

I did this video before I knew things were ending, but the advice contained in it might be helpful to new organizers or as a post-mortem to this episode.
