Sunday Longplay - Top Gear Extreme Edition (SNES ROM Hack)

This week on Sunday Longplay, I'm playing a much harder take on an SNES racing classic. Welcome to Top Gear Extreme Edition!

The tracks are the same as the original Top Gear, but what's changed is the faster and harder AI and the fact that you don't get any nitro boosts to use at all. My previous No-Nitro Challenge playthrough of the original Top Gear was tough, but this hack ups the challenge even further! While the original No-Nitro Challenge didn't give me too much trouble until Rome, when combined with the faster AI in Top Gear Extreme Edition, I was struggling even in Las Vegas, the very first track of the game! And it doesn't get any easier from there!

This hack truly is the ultimate challenge for Top Gear veterans! It's possible to beat on Championship mode, but just barely!
