My Garage Wall is Falling Down!!! How to fix and anchor

in this video, Carl, Natalie, Jon, Stan and I set to work moving my west garage wall back onto the foundation. It walked off the concrete over a period of 2 years. I only noticed because I'd had a small garage fire and was looking along the eves for any evidence of pocket fires or damage. That is when I'd noticed that my garage wall had child bearing hips... and panic ensued to get the weight off the wall and move my 1967 dodge dart out of the garage. Turns out there was no panic, but there was no way I was gonna find out the hard way with the garage falling onto my car.
