Hi! 😊🖐 This no repeat, dumbbell abs workout is a targeted routine for the abdominal muscles and core with just one dumbbell! 💪

The weight you use is completely up to you, though I recommend not too heavy so that you can focus on lifting solely with the abdominal muscles.☝️

Workout Plan:
✅ 15 Excersises
✅ 40 sec. WORK
✅ 20 sec. REST
✅ 1 Dumbbell
