I made a mistake in this video. Only rinse the seamoss once before soaking, and keep the soaked water because it is packed with nutrients.

Cut lime in half, and squeeze over seamoss dropping both halves in bowl. Pour water over your dehydrated seamoss to cover it , and soak for 24hrs. Next day , put your seamoss in a high speed blender and pour the soaked water in with it. Blend until consistency is smooth like babyfood. Pour in a jar , or container and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours , or you can freeze it in a plastic container for later use.
