I experienced a wonderful conscious moment of tranquillity this morning and I recorded it for you. I don't always manage to capture the energy of consciousness and peace all wrapped into one, in a moment, but I think it happened here. :)

Some musings about the end of the journey of the mind, which creates such chaos due to it's inquisitive nature. The Hebrew word Sheol which our Bible has translated as 'Hell', has the meaning of the place of asking questions, not knowing. And it is really our mind that creates so much disturbance and hell for us on a daily basis.
