Artisan bread

3 cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Quick rise Yeast
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Water

Combine flour yeast and water. water needs to be lukewarm or 90° . After combining the water yeast and flour add the salt. Cover the bowl with saran wrap or wet towel put in a warm place let rise for four hours or until doubled in size. Please Dutch oven in the oven and let it preheat with the oven to the temperature of 450. Take out Dutch oven place shaped bread on parchment paper in the Dutch oven.
Bake at 450 for 35 minutes take off lid and bake for additional 20 if it has not already reached the temperature of 200° internally.
