Kansas City Judge Dan Wiley Bullies Victim of Domestic Abuse

Why are family court judges so terrible? I caught Judge Dan Wiley bullying a victim of domestic abuse in his courtroom yesterday. For context the father the judge is so partial to is a convicted child abuser. He was convicted on two counts of felony battery of a child. He attacked his 16-year-old step son over some Christmas lights and stabbed him with tin snips. He did this in front of his two small biological children and Judge Wiley wants him to have equal say in parenting decisions. Why isn't he in jail?
