Guests of Grace Podcast: Mr. Huggins

Mr.Huggins started the culinary program at my alma mater, Nutley High School, in 2004 and has been teaching there ever since. The program he started, along with John Gulardo, was the first time I had formal culinary training. In these strange times for schooling, I was wondering how they were doing, and was so excited when he agreed to an interview. Join us as we talk about how he got started, what it’s like teaching cooking class virtually, and some great stories, who knows you might be in one! 😜

Guests of Grace is a Food Podcast series dedicated to all things food. I have an interesting food person on every week. Although it is a lot of chef and cook related content, I am interested in ALL things food; farmers, doctors, homesteaders, real estate people that help you find your homestead, lawyers that shape food policies, National Treasures like Pat's King of Steaks, Kitchen Gadget Queens, Culinary Teachers; if it influences the way we eat I want to learn about it. So if you are an interesting food person reach out!
