Morning Musings #59 - Why do we speak or pray out LOUD to God?

I was musing and observing my 'speaking out loud' (ie: praying)... and I realised that our speaking out loud in prayer is only for the benefit of our mental ego 'mind' which lives in a permanent awareness of "disconnection".

Our Soul does not seek connection to God, as it knows (yada) it's permanent union in/as Source. My soul has no 'connection' to God, it IS oneness union. So anytime I speak out loud "to God" it is my separated 'mind' seeking reassurance of connection, kind of like a frightened child in the woods.

Matt 6:8 Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 you ask him!
