2nd Diamond with breath & cough

The 2nd Diamond is the heart of the Alchemical 3 Treasures. It involves direct movements in the Dantian that strengthen the kidneys as expressed through a cough embedded in the process. This special breathing process is a part of the White Crane taught by Master Y.C. Chiang. We use it in this form of Qigong as a central aspect of creating internal strength.
