Morning Musings #68 - A dear friend queried me about a video I posted back on February 28, 2022 titled "What about Me?" and wondered if maybe I was expressing too much Ego? I think she is right. And I am glad for an opportunity to look at this again, and share some follow-up thoughts. The School of Life is certainly a thing of gradual progression.

Out of curiosity I counted the calendar days between the first video and the follow up... 39 days. Kind of reminds me of the 40 days Jesus spent in the wilderness. Do you suppose he might have underwent a similar journey of traversing his ego? 🤔

🔥It is essential that we sort out our Ego, before we can engage in true 'service to others'. Without doing so, our 'service to others' will in fact mask our subconscious selfish need to 'feel valued', because at our core being is a subtle (undetected) sense of worthlessness.🔥
