Magic Color Changing Margarita #shorts

Margaritas are my favorite! So of course I had to have one for my 30th Birthday! To create this magic color change I used science! The alkaline PH of the butterfly pea flower gives it it’s beautiful blue color. When you add acid, in this case lime juice, to it it changes to a beautiful purple color. I actually bought these flowers on a trip to Thailand, but you can find them in most Asian markets now and I’ll drop a link below in case you don’t have one near you. The flavor kind of reminds me of Gatorade “rain” flavor.
