Amber Heard Wastes Everyone's Time With Detrimental Testimony From Ellen Barkin, Adam Waldman & More

If you are looking to annoy the Seven people who will be deciding your financial fate by boring them to tear with 10 Video Depositions and one banal expert, then run the day of Defence Amber Heard just did.

Day 19 was at best boring, but at worst catastrophic. From 9 in the Morning, until 5 in the Evening, deposition after deposition claimed the exact same thing: Johnny Depp wasn't violent to anyone and he liked to do drugs. Cool.

The first three Witnesses (Bruce Witkin, Tracey Jacobs & Joel Mandel) testified to Johnny Depp being awesome, Jacobs saying he was the "Biggest Star in the World" even, and spending copious amounts of money on everyone around him. All three were disassociated from his life due to various lawsuits and realizing they were incompetent. Mandel specifically, was sued and settled with Depp in 2018 for many millions.

Adam Waldman was the meme-smith today with Elaine Bredehoft bouldering through her line of questioning and trying to get Waldman to break his Attorney-Client Privilege with Johnny, resulting in a hilarious outcome. But Mass Media says he has ties to Putin, so yeah... bad man...

Ellen Barkin, who was supposed to testify live (in some form or fashion), ended up having her deposition from 2019 played where she testified that "Johnny threw a bottle at me." That was eventually pared down to "tossed a bottle of wine in the direction of a group of people." Big flop.

The social media expert was really a tech prodigy, Ron Schnell, who agreed that Justice was good and that #JusticeforJohnnyDepp is all negative towards Amber Heard and put #AmberTurd into a Virgina Record book for life. Thanks for nothing.

A Disney executive who didn't know anything, an LAPD officer who confirmed the responding officers did their jobs correctly, a phone shrink with awful note taking and a talent agent who said no one in Hollywood wants a someone with abuse allegations on set was the roundup of the day. Reporting from inside the courtroom described a belaboured Jury who is totally over this. Unless they figure out something over the weekend, Johnny Depp could reasonably get full damages from the Verdict; just for wasting everyone's time!
