New Florida law expands college tuition waivers to cover another 62,000 foster children

She had a rough start in life and then her dreams of a college education were taken away. Local foster parents desperate for answers made a call for action to our Jackie Callaway. A new law is expected to make college possible for foster children who previously did not qualify for free college.
