Is it bad when most of your build comes in boxes and someone else started a pile?

Somebody's been here before! We need to finish the job someone else started and fix what another somebody destroyed on this 2018 Ram Promaster city SLT. Most of the engine is in the back of the van and most of the right rear wheel is all over the highway in Vermont. I kind of like this little van even if it is a total PITA to work on. The last one I had was very useful. I keep threatening to keep it as my daily and the afternoon crew is not happy about it! lol
