Completing the 2018 Ram Promaster city build

The 2018 Promaster city project gets finished and gets put to work. There is some mechanical work to do as well as putting it back together after it has been painted. I have been driving this for a little while now and it is very useful. I actually like driving it. We'll see if I still like it when it is time to fix it. Luckily it won't need and repairs for a while and oil changes on these are easy!
