As a frontline reporter, Koz was on the front line with the Chechen special unit "Achmat", which was made up of multinationals.

Koz writes about the motivation of the volunteers: The Chechen commander of the unit had lost close family members during the Chechen war in the 1990s, who had been killed by the Islamist terrorist units. In civilian life he was responsible for fighting corruption and organized crime in the Ministry of the Interior of the Caucasus Republic and has since retired. But he didn't want to evade the reputation of his fatherland. However, for some, pay also plays a role, as they freely admit.

The "Achmat" fighters understand their mission, as they say, in a higher, religious sense: "as part of the army of Christ fighting the devil".

The video clip was shot in a piece of forest in the Rubeshnoye region. The forest floor has been burned black from the shelling. The Ukrainian fighters fled their positions recently.
