Russell was a football player for 12 years, then went into body building after that. He was an athlete and in good physical condition his entire life.
Russell works at a Texas airport, moving planes. Back in November 2020 he fell at work during a freak snowstorm and broke his back. He had badly damaged his L4, L5, & S1 vertebrae and doctors told him he would never walk again unassisted.
Prescribed a variety of pharmaceuticals to help him deal with the pain, the harsh opiates changed his personality, though he wasn't even aware of it at the time. He had become angry, confrontational, he had become addicted to pharma. Slowly his friends and his family began to gravitate away from him.
After 7 years prescribed addictive pharmaceuticals, he realized where he was and began his journey to get off the prescribed medication using natural medicine.
