In this video, we went over how doing too many pushups in absence of a balanced workout program can lead one to having faulty posture which typically leads to neck and back discomfort. The push up is a superior exercise, provided we are also working our backs such as trapezius and rhomboid muscles to help hold integrity at the joints.
