1. Kali Linux https://kali.org -The Most Advanced
Penetration Testing Distribution
-Kali Linux is an open-source, Debian-based Linux distribution geared towards various information security tasks, such as Penetration Testing, Security Research, Computer Forensics and Reverse Engineering.
2. OSSEC HIDS https://www.ossec.net/
- OSSEC is fully open source and free. You can tailor OSSEC for your security needs through its extensive configuration options, adding custom alert rules and writing scripts to take action when alerts occur.
3. REMNux Linux https://remnux.org/
REMnux® is a Linux toolkit for reverse-engineering and analyzing malicious software. REMnux provides a curated collection of free tools created by the community. Analysts can use it to investigate malware without having to find, install, and configure the tools.
