If you like these videos you will likely love my podcast and all my other stuff you can find at http://tspc.co

Today we talk about surf fishing in the context of fishing for food and doing so at what you would consider a “profit”. By this I simply mean the value of the fish exceeds the cost of catching them.

I can only go so deep on a short video so check out this link for a ton of podcasts I have done on the subject http://www.thesurvivalpodcast.com/tag/fishing-series

The Bait I was trying to think of is called https://amzn.to/3uDcsZ5 it all works I found shrimp, clam and sand flea to all work well with multi species shore fishing. Channel Cats and Bullheads both take the shrimp version in fresh water and I have found it to work way better than their dedicated “catfish bait” called “Yeh Monn” which I have never actually caught anything on. Just sayin.

Also you can learn a LOT from my two favorite YouTube Fishing Personalities, they are

AnglerUp with Brant - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_NDzqS3yL6E2VFMLr0p1-g

Bama Beach Bum - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqU26I9UmEDI9HPmTPS_FAg

Both are great but Bama does more with Surf Fishing and actually is a professional surf fishing guide which I think is just awesome and is likely my "retirement plan" some day.
