This is a guided meditation, arranged by my friend and mentor Matece Skow, that begins with a breathing sequence to invite the mind and body to rest in stillness. We then move into grounding so that you will feel more at ease to completely letting go. You will then be guided to your inner sanctuary, with an opportunity to connect with your Source, your true essence, and be embraced by the peace that is within you.
