A 20 minute sequence including poses in the prone position (on the belly) that provides stretching and relaxation. You will hear a reading from the book: Going In and In Poems from the Heart of Yoga by Danna Faulds and rain drops provided by Mother Nature. Poem read by Olga Darling. Enjoy!
This sequence does not include Savasana, so be sure to close your practice with at least a 2 minute Savasana pose (Supine with a bolster under your knees. Be sure the heels touch the floor) Enjoy!
