So it's that time of the year to start tapping trees to let that sweet nectar flow! This is my first attempt at making maple syrup and I'm really enjoying the process! Nature is awesome!!! In this video we set up the extractor, pump the sap into the can, and start boiling down the sap! 40 gallons of sap for every 1 gallon of syrup! Check out part one and two if you want to see the process from the start! Have you ever made your own syrup before?
