Rap Legend DMX aka Earl Simmons passed away today at age 50 . The Rapper DMX born Earl Simmons has officially passed away due to heart attack he suffered this weekend after what's being reported as a drug overdose. DMX has a long and storied history of substance issues. Fans and hip hop will mourn the late great rapper. May he rest in peace a hip hop icon and legend forever.
