Let's try Tiger Sugar's Boba Milk Ice Cream Bar! I found more info while doing a deep dive... This brown sugar boba milk tea "ice cream" bar is actually a product from Taichung, Taiwan. Tiger Sugar is apparently the originator of "The brown sugar bubble tea with fresh cream and a unique tiger stripe design" that has become very popular. This is one of their frozen treats based off their famous branded boba (bubble) milk tea. Here is a quote from their website:
"With humble beginnings in Taichung, Taiwan, in 2017, Tiger Sugar has grown into an undisputed cult brand of Boba worldwide.

Our drinks not only taste good but tell our unique story with “tiger stripes” that are infused onto all our drinks with unique hand-poured syrups.
