[Rebel Civics] Stand Your Ground

Guest host Roland Demers teaches a class on the concepts of “Stand Your Ground” and “Castle Doctrine,” primarily from the Florida statues and the principles of individual rights these are based on. A classroom discussion is held on the wide variations in U.S. states in how the right of self defense is treated legally and how it is infringed upon, with input from former law enforcement officers from states that do not have Stand Your Ground statues, Tennessee and New Jersey. This special episode was recorded live during a Florida private security officer license training class.
