Removal of Illegal Silicone Injections from Buttocks, Hips, and Lymph | PLASTIC SURGERY PROCEDURE

Today we have a patient in her early 30's who comes to Dr. Katzen to have #IllegalSiliconeInjections removed. After the initial injections, the silicone created a lot of scar tissue and granulomas that have caused extreme swelling and pain in her buttocks as well as her lower hips. It's impossible to remove all of the silicone with just liposuction, so Dr. Katzen is performing an Open Incision Technique to remove the contaminated skin, fat and muscle. The patient is very happy with her results!
