Need Advice on Bad Dog Behavior!

Not my usual type of video, which is usually politics and prepping information, but feeding the dogs this morning, this is like the 5th or 6th time Rocky has pee'd in his sister, Liberty's food bowl in a row!

He's got incredible aim, but it's really disgusting and time consuming to keep cleaning up. Any dog owners out there face a similar problem? How did you solve it?
