Simple & healthy guacamole pasta

Ingredients:
150 grams of pasta
1/2 avocado
1 onion
1 tomato
a pinch of salt
10 ml of lemon juice
a pinch of coriander
extra virgin olive oil

STEPS:

Hi friends, it's almost time for lunch aren't you hungry? Then cook this delicious pasta with me!

Cut an onion into cubes

Also cut a tomato into cubes

In a mixer, put half an avocado

Add a pinch of salt

Add a pinch of coriander

And finally add 10 ml of lemon juice

Blend until you get this consistency

In a pot of boiling water, pour a pinch of coarse salt and 150 grams of pasta (whatever you prefer)

Then heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan

Add the chopped onion

Brown it

Then add the chopped tomato

Cook until the tomato wilts

Add a pinch of salt

Cook everything

After boiling the pasta for about 7 minutes, add it to the sauce

Add the avocado cream

Stir until it has a creamy consistency
