Few understand the challenges and shortcomings of Clear Creek ISD's special education program like parent DeAnna Scott. Her son Jonah, now a senior in high school, has been in the program since Kindergarten, and he faced many struggles. That's why she is uniquely qualified to identify areas where CCISD can improve.
