MINDFULNESS: Cacao Ceremony, authentic and unique, inspired by traditional rituals

MOVEMENT: Framed using the elements of the earth, the movement component is designed to allow participants to fully embody their true self by utilizing Yogic and Taoist stretches, Ecstatic dance and Shaking medicine (neurogenic trauma release exercises).

MEDITATION: Closing with a guided transcendent journey- bathed in the supporting live natural sound frequencies.

Shakcao has evolved the traditional Cacao Ceremony into an integrated healing practice emphasizing community healing.

In this event, we come into an activated process where all of our chaos, and internal wounds in the current moment or previous experiences at the micro and macro level, transmits into our intention, consciously or subconsciously.
