Brian Peckford, one of the drafters of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms updates Canadians on what's happening in the country.

Peckford is a former Newfoundland Premier, he is also the only surviving drafter and signatory to the 1982 Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
