Laguna Woods church shooting being called politically motivated hate crime

David Chou owned an apartment building near Twain and Decatur, where he also lived. Metro served a search warrant there and took a cell phone and some other items into evidence. Police will be looking at whether he planned his attack in Las Vegas before driving to the church in Orange County.
