Oumuamua

The first interstellar object to enter our solar system was discovered in 2017.

Its name – ‘Oumuamua.

A cigar-shaped interstellar object around the size of a football field entered our solar system, slingshot around the sun, and zoomed past Earth.

Whatever the object was, it moved fast.

Moving nearly as quick was the speculation here on Earth. What was this thing?

A probe? A spaceship? A comet?

Wait, wait, you’re actually serious?

Yes, very.

And then, just like that, it was gone.

People stopped talking about it.
