Making Somewhere Over the Rainbow Soap

This is a remake of our Somewhere Over The Rainbow soap. We love this soap so much that we keep it in stock all year long. I know that rainbows mean different things to different people. Rainbows, to me, remind me of a happy, simpler time when I had rainbow puffy stickers to add to my sticker book (if they only smelled this good). This soap is scented with black raspberry vanilla.
