eagle legs tutorial

If you have open hips and flexible knees, you'll find it pretty easy to get into eagle legs. However, if you're like me, and have tight hips and wonky knees, you'll need some modifications. This video will go over some variations that you might like to try.
Don't push into any sort of pain!
Be mindful of your own body and only...do what you can!
