CPNMD’s Jim Worley Claims Community is Wrong and District is Transparent

During the May 16th 2022 Castle Pines North Metro District meeting, District Manager Jim Worley took second to last meeting before retiring to complain that he, David McEntire, other board members and the district had not been treated fairly by the Castle Pines community — most particular those on NextDoor.
While Worley claims transparency, he continues to gaslight the community. The CPNMD board did not meet their promised benchmarks for inclusion with Parker Water. He claims the board was “surprised” PWSD paused, when the board was made aware throughout the process this would be the outcome.
FYI — During the meeting, board member David McEntire called anyone who questioned the actions of the board — “trouble makers.”
