Sit in a comfortable position. Please do not lean your spine, your shoulders are relaxed.

Fold your hands as if in prayer 🙏 and place them on your heart chakra. Alternatively, you can place the fingertips of one hand on your heart. Try out what you feel more comfortable with.

Breathe in and out for the same amount of time (three seconds).

While exhaling, murmur the rune ᛁ (ISA). When we murmur, we leave out the A.
