SHOCKING! Cllr. Elisa O'Donovan laughs at pet in distress

This shocking footage shows the Social Democrat's Councillor for Limerick City West, Elisa O'Donovan laughing at her pet cat in distress; instead of helping the poor animal remove the plastic crisp bag from its head, O'Donovan takes out her phone and films it as it struggles to free itself, she the uploads the video to her Instagram account. The video was later deleted, but not before it was captured by one of my supporters and sent to me by email.
