What would happen if the Russians started operating bioweapons labs in each Canadian province? What if they set up labs in Mexico? I do believe that those labs would be destroyed immediately! Why can’t anyone remember history back in October of 1961? How are missiles in Cuba back then different than chemical and biological weapons ringing Russia’s border? Hint: there is no difference.
