Something like trade schools happen here, much to the credit of the Philippines. There is an Opportunity for my niece to get into the medical field with a full scholarship. This opportunity opened up to my wife, then another position opened so my wife stuck her neck out and got her niece in. Looks like it will pay off as you'll see.
