Putin has come out stating that Sweden and Finland's NATO membership does not pose an immediate threat to Russia. Only if NATO proceeds with military expansion into the countries will Russia consider them a threat. However, neither Sweden nor Finland will agree to Turkey's extradition request in regards to terrorists in their countries. So, Putin acquiescence may not matter anyways.
