"The everything bubble has popped," says top silver expert David Morgan. He sees potential for a more than 60% drop in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. When the stock market sells-off, typically metals follow initially. We could be nearing a bottom in the metals. The next support level for silver is $18, he says.
